Abstract
研究了不同贝氏体组织类型对780 MPa级低碳贝氏体钢力学性能的影响.结果 表明:粒状贝氏体组织中的M/A岛无序地分布在贝氏体铁素体边界及基体上,板条贝氏体中,细小薄膜状M/A岛平行于板条束,板条特征明显;不同贝氏体组织类型对试验钢的力学性能有明显的影响,板条贝氏体类型低碳贝氏体钢的强度及冲击韧性均优于粒状贝氏体组织类型低碳贝氏体钢.实际工业生产中,应控制试验钢得到板条贝氏体.
