Abstract
通过模拟钎焊与浸泡腐蚀实验、光学显微镜组织观察以及电子探针显微分析与电化学测试,研究了中间层Zn含量对五层铝热传输材料腐蚀性能的影响.结果表明:在中间层添加Zn元素能降低中间层与芯层的电位差,所以可通过牺牲阳极保护增强材料的耐腐蚀性.其中,中间层含Zn量为2％的材料耐腐蚀性最佳.
