Abstract
垂向减振器铆接微间隙易造成铆钉松动,危及地铁的安全.针对铆钉-孔之间微间隙难以有效检测与定量评估的问题,进行了远场涡流检测技术的仿真研究,研制了专用RFECT(Remote Field Eddy Current Testing)探头,开展了垂向减振器铆接微间隙的检测试验.研究结果表明,RFECT 信号幅值仿真结果与铆接微间隙有较好的线性关系,幅值指标优于相位指标.实际检测结果与仿真结果相吻合,能够有效评价垂向减振器铆接微间隙.为有效区分微间隙,最佳激励频率为80~120 Hz.
