Abstract
基于AutoForm 软件对前罩内板的成形过程进行了数值模拟,研究了板材屈服强度对其成形、减薄率分布、塑性变形量及主次应变的影响.结果表明,随着屈服强度的增加,前罩内板的减薄率、塑性变形量及主次应变逐渐增大,尤其是主应变增大更为明显,导致成形破裂的风险增大.
