Abstract
借助光学显微镜、X 射线衍射仪、显微硬度计和电化学工作站等设备,研究了Ni 对铁基合金等离子喷焊层组织和耐蚀性的影响.结果表明:铁基合金喷焊层主要由γ-(Fe,Ni)、Cr7C3和Cr23C6碳化物、Cr2B 等相组成;添加Ni,喷焊层物相种类并未发生改变,但奥氏体相增多,喷焊层底部晶粒细化,但显微硬度明显降低;同时,添加Ni 后喷焊层的耐酸腐蚀性有一定提高.
