Abstract
采用有限元数值模拟方法研究了超超临界机组T23水冷壁钢管焊接残余应力以及开应力槽对残余应力的影响.结果表明:T23钢管焊接接头残余应力峰值位于管道内壁的6点和12点钟方向.开应力释放槽有利于降低焊接接头的残余应力.随着开槽长度增加,管子内壁的应力值逐渐减小,但当开槽长度增加到305 mm后,应力值基本不再变化.开槽位置只有距离管子较近时,钢管的应力释放效果明显.增大开槽宽度有利于管子内壁的应力释放.
