Abstract
针对Zr-4合金包壳管状试样的直径小、管壁薄、长度长的特点,进行了气相定量渗氢工艺探索.通过控制通氢量获得了不同氢含量的氢化试样,研究了氢含量对氢化锆试样组织的影响.结果表明:制定的工艺参数满足Zr-4合金包壳氢化样件的制备要求,样件光亮、无裂纹且氢分布均匀.采用气相渗氢方法,通过精确控制通氢量可实现气相定量渗氢.
