使用金相分析和XRD物相分析的方法研究了BN4不锈钢热处理对碳化物析出的影响规律.结果表明:BN4不锈钢在空冷条件下和水冷条件下析出的是Cr3C2相;在600~650℃热处理时,碳化物析出最为严重,其次是900℃,且空冷较水冷的碳化物析出严重得多.BN4不锈钢热处理时温度应低于500℃或高于900℃,且冷却方式为水冷.
