Abstract
采用SEM和拉伸实验研究了退火温度、退火时间对冷轧后的30CrMo钢的显微组织及力学性能的影响.结果表明,随保温时间的延长,铁索体晶粒发生再结晶形核长大,碳化物颗粒在晶界析出并且粗化,其强度随着晶粒的长大而降低;当保温时间一定时,随着退火温度升高,铁素体晶粒和碳化物颗粒尺寸增加,强度降低.在650℃保温1h退火后,铁素体平均晶粒尺寸达到0.56 μm,屈服强度达到601 MPa,伸长率19.14%.此外,拉伸断口形貌均为韧性断裂.
