50W470无取向电工钢高温力学性能研究

Abstract
采用Gleeble3800应力/应变热模拟试验机,对现场生产的50W470无取向电工钢(0.0029%C,1.60%Si)进行了高温力学性能测试.结果表明,50W470无取向电工钢有着良好的热塑性,只存在第Ⅲ脆性温度区(600~750℃),不存在第Ⅱ脆性区.这是因为该成分无取向电工钢在凝固冷却过程中γ相含量很少,难以对钢的热塑性产生较大的不利影响.同时,动态再结晶的发生使得形变过程中晶界的应力集中得到缓解,阻止了裂纹的扩展.
