铌钒复合对高安全性能矿用锚杆钢屈强比的影响

Abstract
通过50 kg真空炉冶炼不同含量铌钒复合的矿用锚杆钢,经中试轧制后,研究了铌钒含量对低碳微合金钢的组织及力学性能的影响.结果表明:铌钒复合锚杆钢比钒微合金锚杆钢的屈强比低0.3~0.4,晶粒度高0.5~1级,晶粒细化明显,易出现贝氏体,但经低温轧制+超快冷技术即可达到500MPa级性能要求.采用0.026%铌+0.03%V含量铌钒复合替代0.07%~0.08%oV生产可获得高强度更高安全性能的低碳微合金锚杆钢.
