Abstract
采用化学成分分析、断口宏观检查、金相检验、扫描电镜观察及能谱分析等方法对0Cr18Ni9不锈钢波纹管膨胀节早期断裂的失效原因进行了检验和分析.结果表明:该不锈钢波纹管膨胀节的断裂属脆性断裂,其早期断裂的主要原因是波纹管材料固溶处理不当,晶界存在大量网状碳化物导致其塑性降低,从而使得材料在较大变形时容易产生早期断裂.
