镍基合金复合管焊后热处理工艺

Abstract
针对在某中东油气平台项目中出现的大壁厚镍基Incone1625合金复合管,选取了项目中出现的最大壁厚为79.8 mm的复合管,开发了TIP TIG焊后热处理PWHT工艺.通过对焊接接头进行力学性能分析、化学成分分析、晶间腐蚀测试,证明该工艺可以获得符合要求的焊接接头,焊接质量优良,复合管耐蚀性有保证.
