Abstract
文中对P92铜焊缝中发现的黑线组织进行了相关研究,表明此黑线组织是成分偏析所致,主要由两侧的M23C6和心部δ-铁素体组成,黑线组织上同时存在显微裂纹及孔洞.该黑线组织对焊缝的力学性能存在一定的不利影响.一旦黑线组织存在于焊缝组织中,通过时效热处理并不能消除.
