高温焊接对16MnR钢抗应力腐蚀性能的影响

Abstract
采用高温焊接方法对16MnR钢材料进行焊接,通过小盲孔法测定焊后各试板的焊接残余应力.与普通焊接后的试板比较得出,经700℃和800℃高温焊接的试板焊接残余应力在纵向下降了51%和68%,在横向下降了50%和70%.通过测定各试板腐蚀速度可知,经高温焊接的试板在酸性和碱性介质中抗腐蚀性能都明显提高.
