3GPa压力时效处理对Cu52.46Cr47.11Ni0.43合金物理性能的影响

Abstract
对Cu52.46Cr47.1 1Ni0.43合金在3GPa压力,500℃保温60 min进行高压时效处理,测试了高压时效处理前后Cu52.46Cr47.1 1Ni0.43合金在25~550℃范围内的热导率及电阻率,结合显微组织分析,探讨了3 GPa压力时效处理对Cu52.46Cr47.11Ni0.43合金物理性能的影响.结果表明,3GPa压力时效处理能增大合金的热导率,减小合金的电阻率,在25℃时,3 GPa压力时效处理合金的热导率和电阻率分别为151.03W·m-1·K-1和4.33×10-8 Q·m,较铸态合金分别增大6.11%和减小13.63%.
