通过均匀试验及多元线性回归分析法对修磨刀转速、修磨压力、修磨时间与修磨量的关系进行了系列研究.结果表明,修磨刀转速X1、修磨压力X2、修磨时间X3等3个因素与修磨量Y的关系可以表示为Y=-0.24+6.95×10-5X1+1.23×10-4X2+0.05X3,其影响显著性从大到小的顺序分别为:修磨时间、修磨压力和修磨刀转速,且其较优水平的组合为修磨刀转速225r/min、修磨压力1 800N、修磨时间2.5s.
