研究了水、油、PAG水溶液三种冷却介质对50Cr活塞筒淬火后硬度、开裂倾向以及回火后组织的影响.结果表明:在830℃保温50 min后淬入10%~15% PAG水溶液中,经440℃回火1h后出炉空冷,活塞筒硬度达到工艺要求、无开裂,合金组织为均匀的回火屈氏体.
