采用粉末冶金与正挤压相结合的复合工艺制备Al-Si-Cu合金.利用金相、SEM和XRD等手段研究了固溶处理和不同时间时效处理的Al-Si-Cu合金微观组织和相组成,并研究了力学性能.结果表明,合金由α-Al、β-Si、Al2O3、CuAl2和Cu4Si组成;随着时效时间延长,CuAl2和Cu4Si的含量增加,合金硬度、强度和伸长率随之提高.
