针对高品质钢洁净度波动的情况,通过示踪法进行了钢中夹杂物行为研究,分析了钢中T[O]、[N]、大型夹杂物、显微夹杂物的来源、种类、特性、数量及分布,统计出了影响铸坯洁净度波动的因素.提出除了正常工艺控制外,只有把各个非稳态因素,尤其是狭义非稳态因素都控制在一定的范围内,才能把一个企业产品质量的稳定性提高.
