eVision机械视觉技术全自动定位在焊接过程中的应用

Abstract
综合运用计算机与人工智能算法和光学系统,在eVision环境下设计了有图像采集、运动控制、图像处理3大模块构成的全自动定位焊接机器视觉系统,并对该系统进行了大量的实验.结果表明,该系统可以有效地提高焊点定位效率,相比人工定位焊接方式本系统精度能达到0.06 mm,并且可以实现全自动定位焊点.
