Abstract
针对硬质合金钻头在加工42CrMo曲轴法兰端面盲孔时容易出现缠刀、断刀现象,选用刃口钝化型式为锐刃、圆弧型、斜面型和瀑布型的刀具进行钻削试验.试验表明,瀑布型刃口刀具具有最佳的切屑形态、刀具磨损和刀具寿命.采用这种刀具加工42CrMo可显著提高刀具使用寿命,降低生产成本.
