1 引言 聚晶金刚石复合片(PCD)可以替代大部分天然单晶金刚石.由于金刚石聚晶是由大量无定向的单晶体聚合而成的多晶体,晶粒呈无序排列状态,相互间有很强的结合力,在刀具制造中避免了繁杂的定向操作,因此刃磨时比天然金刚石刀具方便.
