Abstract
通过分析塑料压块的结构特征,设计了一模十腔的两板式注射模具.采用模流分析软件进行CAE模腔流动模拟,分析产品成型过程.利用UG建模并进行模具结构设计.CAE分析减少了模具制造周期,提高了产品生产率.该模具结构设计合理,开、合模动作可靠,制品脱模顺利,可实现大批量生产,最终成型的产品完全达到了客户要求.
