一步烧结法制备梯度结构硬质合金的工艺研究

Abstract
从降低生产成本的角度考虑,尝试在真空炉中采用一步烧结法制备梯度结构硬质合金.实验研究了烧结工艺参数对合金显微结构及密度的影响,结果表明:梯度结构硬质合金样品表层的WC晶粒大于富钴层及芯部区域;随着烧结温度升高,样品表层WC晶粒变粗,梯度结构硬质合金密度先增加后降低;延长烧结时间会显著增加样品表层两相区的厚度.本实验所制备的硬质合金梯度层厚度可达1 168 μm,烧结时间越长,样品密度越低.
