Abstract
对于内腔结构复杂的大型铸件,气孔类缺陷影响到铸件的整体质量,所以在生产过程中砂芯排气是否畅通至关重要.提出了一种采用金属软管的砂芯排气新工艺,制芯时预埋金属软管,研箱时从芯头处再连接金属软管引至铸型外,从而形成了一条完整的排气通道,有效解决了砂芯排气问题.
