Abstract
以酸洗后出现白斑渗碳钢制轴承内外圈为例,对其化学成分、显微组织、表面硬度及淬硬层深度等项目进行了分析与对比.结果表明,白斑处的表面硬度及渗碳层深度均低于正常部位,表面含碳量低及渗碳不均匀是引起酸洗白斑的主要原因.
