发电设备向着大容量方向发展,机组不断大型化,使转子锻件尺寸、重量随之增加,对材料力学性能要求也越来越高.钢锭越大,偏析越严重,内部缺陷越多,对锻造要求也越高.为达到压实目的,达到相应锻造比,压下量增大,砧子搭接部位难免留下折伤;锻件重量增加,锻造难度加大,多次返炉、换附具,吊钳难免在轴身留下抓痕.而近年锻造倡导近净成形,随着节能降耗的推进,锻造余量也越来越少,因此大型转子锻件有可能由于局部的折伤、抓痕等缺陷而达不到交货要求,面临报废.
