Abstract
采用聚二甲基硅烷(PDMS)为固相涂层的固相微萃取(SPME)装置,建立了顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱法(HS-SPME-GC)测定油田水中挥发性有机物的方法,并对萃取条件和色谱条件进行了优化.方法的检出限为0.02～0.65μg/L,相对标准偏差为1.5～5.1%;与顶空气相色谱法相比,灵敏度提高20～300倍;加标回收率为85.2～110.0%.与顶空气相色谱法进行了比较,相对误差不大于6.50%.该法简便、快捷、灵敏,精密度好.
