宽频高精度电感同步采样测量研究

Abstract
为实现较宽频率范围内电感量值的准确测量,提出一种基于同步采样测量的改进电压矢量比法.通过NI PXI-5922高速数据采集卡进行同步数据采集,运用LabVIEW设计了自动测量系统来实现精密的电感测量,确保1H量程内电感值测量精度优于0.01％.文章讨论了测量系统原理,同步数据采集和数据处理的实现,该测量系统亦可用于各类交流阻抗精密快速测量.
