用光电隔离法提高小电容测量灵敏度问题的研究

Abstract
中国计量科学研究院保存的国家电容基准(计算电容)作为电容量值溯源体系的源头,承担着非常重要的作用.其扩展不确定度为1×10-7,但由于计算电容值较小,只有0.5pF,因此采用电容电桥测量时信噪比较低,灵敏度约为2×10-8.本文设计一种光电隔离测量方法,配合锁相放大器,可准确读取10-8位,并通过插值办法,可以估读出10-9.使用这种测量方法,可有效提高测量的准确度.
