Abstract
采用极限载荷法对某旋风分离器矩形接管进行结构设计,并与弹性应力分析法设计的结果进行比较,同时,基于极限载荷法对矩形接管进行参数化分析.结果表明,与弹性应力分析法相比,极限载荷法设计可以显著降低矩形接管的壁厚;结构的极限载荷随着矩形接管折边过渡圆角的增大而增大,随着矩形接管长宽比的增加而减小;矩形接管短边与筒体轴线平行布置时,结构有更高的极限载荷;接管位置对结构的极限载荷影响较小.
