油气井用破裂盘测试与破裂压力模型研究

Abstract
针对深水井测试及生产过程中套管环空圈闭压力控制难和套管挤毁风险高的问题,总结了破裂盘的破裂压力计算方法,并开展了模拟深水高温高压环境的破裂盘试验测试.测试结果显示,温度对破裂盘破裂压力产生较大的影响,不考虑温度影响理论公式计算的最大偏差9.44％.根据破裂盘测试压力随温度的变化规律,给出了3种不同压力型号的破裂盘破裂压力的数学修正公式,其中考虑温度影响的修正公式可较好地估算破裂盘的破裂压力.
