翅化比对扁管翅片管性能的影响

Abstract
利用CFD进行数值模拟、分析和研究,求解不同翅化比对扁管翅片管换热系数、空气侧压降的影响,确定不同翅化比下扁管翅片管的性能。换热系数模拟结果与试验数据误差为5%~15%,空气侧压降模拟结果与试验数据误差为5%~18%,证明该模拟方法的正确性。经分析求得当翅化比β为13.36~14.83时,翅片管的性能达到较为理想状态,其空气侧压降为68.87~67.58 Pa,换热系数为28.46~27.67 W/( m2· K)。
