Abstract
热控系统是空间伺服机构在轨长期稳定运行的重要保障.在分析航天器外热流和伺服机构热特性基础上,建立伺服机构热流和热传导的数学模型,再根据伺服机构结构布局、工作环境、可靠性等指标,提出合理的热控措施.在Thermal-Desktop软件中建立伺服机构的热模型,并用SINDA/FLUINT计算热平衡时关键单机的温度范围,计算结果表明热控系统达到了设计指标相关要求.通过热平衡试验验证了该伺服机构热控设计的正确性和热措施的有效性.
