超声挤压膜动特性系数及影响因素研究

Abstract
应用流体动力润滑理论建立了圆盘挤压膜的动特性系数模型,并应用非线性数值计算方法对模型进行了求解,给出了一些特定参数下的挤压气膜动特性系数.分析了稳态膜厚、激励振幅以及激励频率对动特性系数的影响,发现激励参数对挤压气膜动特性影响显著.最后对超声挤压膜的静态刚度系数进行了测量,并和理论分析数值进行了比较,发现两者在数量级上一致.
