V型滚轮导轨的Hertz接触建模和刚度求解

Abstract
V型滚轮导轨是一种新型传动导轨系统,对导轨系统进行理论建模可以有效分析导轨参数对导轨力学性能的影响.文中通过Hertz接触理论对滚轮导轨系统建立接触力学模型,然后推导滚轮导轨在受到垂直载荷、水平载荷时与位移的关系,并计算其刚度.在Abaqus中进行仿真和计算刚度数值,对比两者结果.进一步推导在有预紧力的情况下,滚轮导轨的刚度模型.然后比较在外载荷的作用下,有无预紧力对刚度的影响.得出无预紧力时,滚轮导轨初始刚度很低,且刚度随着载荷增大,会急速增长,使得导轨变形很大.有预紧力时,滚轮导轨的初始刚度较大,且刚度随着载荷增大,增长平缓,使得导轨更稳.
