液晶衍射试验涉及多种掺杂物质以及不同的环境条件,正交试验设计法能够较好地优化这种多因素、多水平的实验过程.在正交试验设计法优化掺杂稀土氧化物的向列相液晶的衍射实验过程中,通过设计掺杂比例、磁场强度和稀土氧化物种类的三因素二水平的正交试验,建立数学模型,对实验结果进行分析,优化实验条件,实现向列相液晶的最佳衍射效应.
