Abstract
针对推土机燃油箱锈蚀现象,提出防止燃油箱锈蚀的主要措施.对燃油箱工艺路线进行改进,将零部件酸洗磷化后焊接改为焊后整箱酸洗磷化;对脱脂、酸洗、中和、表调及磷化等工序进行控制;对库存推土机进行定期维护.通过实施各项防锈措施,可显著降低燃油箱锈蚀的概率.
