对滚子链中销轴零件的热处理工艺进行了研究和改善,采用复合二次化学热处理的方法有效提高了销轴表面的硬度和高硬层的厚度,并且避免了销轴和套筒表面的互溶性,有效减轻了链条零件的黏着磨损.通过热处理的改善,显著提高了链条的耐磨性.
