电感耦合等离子体发射光谱检测烟用复混肥料中的有效磷

Abstract
在对国家标准(GB/T8573-2017)方法进行部分优化的基础上,采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES),测定了四川烟区常用的9种复混肥料的有效磷(P2 O5)含量.结果表明:(1)有效磷(P2 O5)标准曲线相关系数r均大于0.999,方法检出限为0.049mg/L,方法精密度为0.36％;(2)两个浓度水平P2 O5的添加条件下,方法回收率范围为102.18～105.41％;(3)9个烟用复混肥料有效磷(P2 O5)的含量和绝对差值均符合国家标准要求.
