Abstract
针对目前电网电压监测中现场管理人员信息获得滞后,超限电压无即时调整机制问题,建立了一套DCBZ电压超限报警装置及管理程序,具备了全天候监测电压线路电压变化的条件.通过DCBZ现场发出短消息,由数据中心识别并在达到警戒点时以短信告知相关管理人员,再作出相应的电压调整,为电力电压管理提升提供了更为便捷的手段.
