Abstract
薄膜表面疵点是影响薄膜质量的重要因素,因此,快速、准确检测薄膜表面疵点对于生产企业提高产品质量是至关重要的.提出了基于Canny边缘算子的图像疵点检测算法,克服了薄膜疵点检测中常用的模板差分法存在待处理图像与模板图像需要精确对准、对噪声敏感等缺陷.
