Abstract
利用Workbench软件对8.00V-20型钢制轮毂进行有限元分析.对轮毂进行弯曲疲劳试验模拟和径向疲劳试验模拟,得到轮毂的应力图和应变图.通过分析结果,得出弯曲疲劳是轮毂破坏的主要原因.利用轮毂材料强度性能,改变重卡轮毂结构尺寸来进行优化设计,以轮毂的质量为目标函数,最终达到轻量化设计.既满足了强度要求,又降低了生产成本,为企业带来经济效益.
