通过对回转窑托轮受力情况的有效评估和在线监测,分析了在运行过程中托轮承受的轴向推力的来源及其影响,结合应变电测技术自制了推力传感器,选择合适的推力测点,设计了回转窑托轮轴向推力在线监测系统,该系统将实现各托轮两侧推力的测量及显示,为保证回转窑的稳定运行提供了技术支持.
