Abstract
基于典型7.62 mm制式弹结构,在其弹头部采用非金属TC材料,采用ANSYS/AUTODYN软件中SPH算法对陶瓷复合靶板侵彻过程进行数值模拟,分析复合装甲斜置角度对弹丸毁伤效能的影响.相比于制式弹,采用ZrO2增韧陶瓷作为弹头材料可有效保护钢芯完整度并能提高对陶瓷复合靶的侵彻威力;随着复合靶板斜置角度的增加,TC动能弹侵彻威力及弹道准直性均优于制式弹;TC动能弹与制式弹对复合靶的弹道极限随靶板斜置角度的增加均呈指数型增加,且TC动能弹增加速率低于制式弹.
