EFP成型数值模拟及侵彻威力试验研究

Abstract
为研究EFP的成型过程和侵彻性能,采用有限元分析软件LS-DYNA,对EFP成型过程进行数值模拟;通过靶试试验,测试EFP的飞行姿态、各距离处的速度及100 m处的侵彻威力.试验结果表明,数值模拟的EFP速度与试验测得EFP初速基本接近;EFP在炸高为100 m(1250倍装药口径距离)时,翻转稳定性良好,可穿透10 mm厚装甲钢,孔形近似圆形.通过数值模拟和试验结果分析,对EFP的成型过程和侵彻能力作出评价,对EFP战斗部的应用和工程设计具有指导意义.
