Abstract
用单辊旋淬法制备Fe76-xHfxY4B20(x(x)=2,4,6%)非晶合金,在不同温度下分别对合金进行等温退火处理,利用差热分析仪(DTA)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、振动样品磁强计(VSM)研究合金的热稳定性、结构和磁性能.结果表明:Fe76-xHfxY4B20(x(x)=2,4,6%)非晶合金的第一晶化峰值随着Hf含量的增多而增高,热稳定性得到增强;Fe76-xHfxY4B20(x (x) =2,4,6%)合金退火后,先有α-Fe相析出,随退火温度升高,同时伴有Fe2B和Fe23B6的析出,3种合金晶化过程相似;饱和磁化强度Ma值随退火温度升高呈稍有增大、减少、再增大的变化趋势,矫顽力Hc值基本上是随温度升高而增大.
