Abstract
针对3A21铝合金薄壁矩形管绕弯成形,建立基于ABAQUS的有限元模型,并通过成形实验对该模型进行验证.结果表明,实验和模拟矩形管截面变形的最大相对误差不到10％.在此基础上,研究成形过程中模具-矩形管摩擦对截面变形的影响规律,并采用正交试验方法获得最优参数组合.
