研究对象为某250 km/h不锈钢点焊结构的新型高速铁路客车车体,基于EN12663标准确定了载荷参数及工况,使用A N S Y S15.0对车体钢结构强度和刚度进行有限元分析计算.计算结果表明,车体钢结构在各工况下计算应力小于材料的许用应力,刚度和静强度均满足要求,所得结果为车体的优化设计、结构改进提供了参考依据.
